 DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and shipped via FedEx.

• FedEx International Standard: 5–7 business days

• FedEx Priority: 2–3 business days

 

DUTIES & TAXES

• Belgium, Canada, Channel Islands, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States: All duties and taxes are included in the product price shown. No additional charges at checkout, no surprise charges at your door.

• Mexico: Free standard shipping. No import duties or taxes apply.

• All other countries: Duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The final amount will be displayed before you confirm your order. 

 

RETURNS

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, a prepaid FedEx return label is included in your order.

To return an item:

• Email actforward@101p100.com within 14 days of receiving your order

• Repack your item unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached

• Use the prepaid FedEx return label included in your box

• Drop it at any FedEx location

 On receipt and inspection of your return we will refund your full order amount minus a $25 return shipping fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders shipped to countries outside our duties-included markets duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable as these are paid directly to customs authorities on your behalf.

We do not offer exchanges. To guarantee your preferred size or style is available please return your item and place a new order.
