DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days and shipped via FedEx.

• FedEx International Standard: 5–7 business days

• FedEx Priority: 2–3 business days

 

DUTIES & TAXES

• USA & Canada: Calculated and covered at checkout. No additional delivery charges.

• France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Japan, South Korea: All duties and taxes included in the product price. No additional delivery charges.

• Mexico: Free standard shipping. No import duties or taxes.

• All other countries: Duties and taxes calculated at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.

 

RETURNS

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, email us at actforward@101p100.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will take care of everything - including arranging your return shipment so it reaches us safely.

We refund the full product price as soon as your return is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable as these are paid directly to FedEx at the time of your order.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To guarantee your preferred size or style is available, simply return your item and place a new order.
